New Bern, North Carolina High 81 Low 70
Today was a lot warmer and with the high humidity, we were
suffering. From the predicted low temperature, it will definitely be a night to have the AC going.
We moved to the Moonlight Lake RV Park. It is a small park
with only about 30 sites. It has 50 amp electric, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. All
this for $16 with Passport America. We only plan on being here for one night
and then to Myrtle Beach. We need to be by Savannah by Friday night. This park
is about half way between the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and I didn't want to
drive that far in one day.
We got some pictures of all the people on the beach. A lot were fishing and a lot were just relaxing.
We also got some pictures of an art flea market that was
held not too far from us. They even had entertainment.

There were a lot of wind surfers out playing in the Ocean. They
really seem to zip along the water. I couldn't figure out how they avoided
getting tangled, but they seemed to stay out of each other’s way.
There were two of the kites(?) that were identical and they
must have been together.
We had a nice quiet drive here.
