Last Day

Albuquerque, New Mexico        High 82 Low 52

It was a lot warmer today. Conditions were ideal for this morning’s launch.

Last evening, we went over to the Evening Glow. This time all the participants were able to inflate and did several coordinated glows, which the huge crowd seemed to enjoy. There were a lot of people there last night.

This morning we helped on the launch and chase. It wasn’t a real long flight but where they landed we had to go quite a way around. When we got to the landing site the balloon was already deflated.

Our crew chief, Bill, and pilot Keith.

Here I am fastening the Velcro strips on the cap.

Cindy liked this sign on the back of the trailer.

There was a very large crowd this morning.

We have enjoyed the Balloon Festival. While it was a lot of work and we had to get up very early in the morning, I am glad for the experience. Every one of our chase crew had the opportunity to go up in the balloon.

Tomorrow we are going into an RV Park for two night to do washing and clean up the trailer after boon docking for 12 nights.

Thanks for visiting.
