It's finally going to freeze. It is raining right now. We finally got that awful four letter word, SNOW. We probably got about an inch which fell late in the evening. By morning most of it was gone. We are going to get more rain, but the weather guessers are predicting more snow a week from tomorrow.
Sorry for the poor quality pictures, but most were taken at about 10:00 PM when I took Penny out for her last time before bed. Of course, she didn't want anything to do with the snow.
The last two were taken the next morning. The last picture I tried to show all the leaves still on the trees. I'm ready to go to Yuma, but we can't until the walnut leaves are mostly picked up. So far there have only been a hand full fall. I guess it needs to freeze some more first.
Cindy said I was all caught up with her on quilting, and then she finished another one. This one is king size.
Those king sized quilts make for lots of exercise putting them together! Poor Penny ... where's her coat?? I love looking at snow, I just don't want to live in it!
ReplyDeleteAs long as it stays in the upper 20's and higher, I don't mind waking up to snow, but really dislike driving in it. Especially in areas like you are in where it can be so unpredictable.
