Lots Going On

I guess when it comes to weather, you better be careful what you wish for. First it got windy and cold, and then, very hot and miserable for this time of year.

There has been a lot going on this last week. We had our annual Can-Am Parade with all the golf carts decorated and later in the week, we had two quilt shows.

First, the Parade.

 

At the end of the parade there were games, which I missed, but we had a visitor watching. 

Some of the people said the owl turned around and looked at them, but I never saw that.

Later in the week, we had two quilt shows at two different Parks, One Friday, and one Saturday.

We both thought this was an interesting way to Quilt.

Then last night, we had our Parks annual Owners Ball. They have an elegant meal with entertainment following. The food was very good, as was the singer.
