Neskowin, Oregon High 64 Low 45
Today was foggy all day and felt cooler. I guess if we are
staying by the coast, I better get used to it.
Tomorrow is moving day again. This time we are moving to the
other side of Lincoln City. We are still using Coast to Coast, so the
campgrounds are very reasonable. The Neskowin Resort, with Wi-Fi, cable and
their electrical charge was $35.00 for this week. We didn't think that was bad
at all. The next RV Park is a lot closer to Lincoln City and to Newport, so we
will have to visit the quilt stores there. I believe there are three that are
close by.
Rod thought the drift wood picture looked more like Nessie,
and after looking at it again, he is right.
We found some old buildings that were overgrown with blackberry vines. I had heard them described as Oregon’s State Weed, and if not contained they really do take over. It kind of reminds me of the vine in the movie Jumamji. If you don’t watch out it will get you.
There’s not much else going on. Thanks for visiting.
Great pictures of the abandoned buildings. That make great subjects.
