Yesterday was a little warmer than it has been, with highs predicted to be in the 70's next week.
We haven't done much worth writing about. I have been quilting a tee shirt quilt, and Cindy has been working on making more quilts. She doesn't want me to ever get caught up.
Yesterday we went to get some help getting the Embroidery 6D installed on Cindy's new computer. We needed the lady at the store to help us find it and then to help get the programs installed. We were there at noon, and with all the downloads, the computer said almost 5 hours of download time. Finally at 2:00 we had to pause the download to get to a sewing class. In 2 hours we had got 3 of 10
programs.
The class was at another store, and was on the 6D program. The lady showed some of the things that could be done with the program. She had an embroidered picture of her granddaughter. We were impressed with the monogrammed towel. There are a lot of nice embroidery designs built into the program, and she showed how to move them around, and re-size them.
There was a lot more information on using the program than she could possibly show us in 2 1/2 hours. Since the program was a download, we will have to buy the manual to try to learn how to use it.
The store where we bought the program is giving classes, and Cindy will have to go to them.
After we got home, I spent about 3 hours getting the rest of the downloads on Cindy's computer, and now I hope it is ready to go. I finished at about 12:30 am, with getting it so she could use it.
Thanks for visiting.
