Chinook, Washington September 8, 2013
I went to church this morning, while Cindy stayed home and
sewed. Her back bothers her in church.
Afterwards, we went to Astoria to the tail end of the street
market. There were lots of people and venders. We got to sample lots of things,
but the only thing we bought was 4 ears of corn.
Cindy got some pictures as we drove over the bridge into
Astoria. Look at the picture and you can see the cars on the bridge, so you can
tell how high it is above the water. It needs to be high for the cargo ships
that are at Astoria.
We came back to the camper and had a light dinner which
included the corn. The corn was very good. It was fresh and tender.
Our plans are up in the air for tomorrow. Thanks for
visiting.
