Made It To Howe Indiana

Howe Indiana High 79 Low 61

We left the RV Park in Illinois fairly early. We had about a 5 1/2 hour drive today and with the hour time change we were a little late getting to the RV Park.We are here for 6 days with Coast to Coast.
It's a little hard to see, but one of the Amish horse got even with me for passing them. It's all over the R/F of the 5er.
A little bit of the scenery after we left the interstate.
The Shipshewana Flea Market closed at 5 o'clock and we wanted to see it because it is only open Tuesday and Wednesdays. We got there for about 20 minutes. From what we could see, it was a lot like the RV show in Quartzsite. They seemed to have everything you could want and more for sale.

After looking at the flea market, we went to Yoder's Meat and Cheese store. We bought a few things for dinner tonight, and it was good enough that we will go back another day.

I think we have seen more Amish buggies than we saw in Pennsylvania. At the flea market there were lots of them parked. There are even horse drawn wagons here.

A lot of the stores are ran by the Amish. We bought some fresh tomatoes from one of the shops, and it was good. A lot better than what we would have got in the grocery store.

We plan on doing some sight seeing while we are in the area.

Thanks for visiting.
