Garden and Quilts

Riverton, Utah        High 99 Low 66

It is still hot. Salt Lake made it to 102 today, which is 3 degrees shy of the record for the day.

Cindy has been busy quilting and working on her garden. All of the apricots finally fell, so we don't have them to clean up this year.

Some pictures of the garden and produce:

This is only half of Cindy's onion crop.

We don't know what kind of squash this is.

Nancy might remember the cucumber plant that is growing onto our side walk. When she was here it only came out about half way onto the walk, and now it is clear across the side walk and further.

In the last two weeks I only quilted two quilts, one easy and one very custom which took me a while to quilt. We think Nancy gave Cindy the kit for this one.

I was trying for a 3-D look for the walk way. I think I made it.

Thanks for Visiting.

  1. Your garden really loves whatever Cindy is doing for them. That qimuilt looked like a whole lot of work and it's beautiful.

  2. That cucumber plant is three times what it was two weeks ago. The onions ... WOW ... (which tasted yummy by the way)!! You always make those quilts look GREAT!!
