October Already

It sure feel like fall now. It rained last night and tried to rain again this afternoon.

Where did the summer go? It sure got to October in a hurry. 

I take Penny for a walk most evenings, but tonight's walk was very short. She doesn't like the wind and I didn't like the few rain drops.

Cindy has been busy canning some of the many apples. We will probably do another batch tomorrow.

In between all the fun, I did manage to finish two quilts. 

They are the same pattern, just a little different colors, and yes, still lots of pieces.
