In Limbo

Jefferson City, Missouri          High 90 Low 61

We made it to Jefferson City with out any glitches. It has been hot all afternoon.

We are in the RV Park at Binder Lake, Which is a small City RV Park. There are only 18 sites, but each has a concrete pad for your camper. It is shaded and the only downside is that you have to share water between two sites which sometimes are a ways apart. One RV we saw had 100 feet of hose. We only have 75. The nightly charge is $20.00 and for full hook-ups we didn't think this was too bad.

Now for the Limbo. My Mother-in Law has not been feeling too well for the past 2 days and Linda decided to take here to the hospital. She would have done it in Kansas but the closest one was not very large and she thought her Mom would do better in a larger city.

She took her to the Emergency Room as soon as she got parked and and they took her in and did some tests. They are keeping her at least tonight and so far we are staying 2 night where it was just supposed to be an over night. We are not certain how long we will be here and some plans will have to be remade. We will know more tomorrow.

Thanks for visiting.

  1. We stayed at that park. I think a lot of people don't realize it is there.

  2. One of the good things about RVing is the fact that we can change our plans and it's okay. Sure hope they can do something to help Mom feel better so she can enjoy more travels.

  3. We have stayed there on several occasions. Not the fanciest but overall a very nice little park. And if you like ice cream, you have to try Central Dairy. A must for our family when in the area.

  4. Good luck with the mother in law issues, and the good thing about this lifestyle is you can move your house wherever you need to be.
