Earp, California High 73 Low 52
We left Fort Mohave fairly early. We were worried about the wind and when I checked later they were having 22 MPH winds with stronger gust. As it was we got a little wind, but not that much, and I had no problem driving.
Last spring when we left here, we had a tail wind for the first 20 miles, and then it was gusty side winds. I remember it not being a very pleasant drive to Fort Mohave.
We got here, Emerald Cove RV Resort, at about 11:00. We had less than a 2 hour drive today. We have stayed at this Park several times in the past and they seem to have a lot going on most of the time. It is a Colorado River Adventures Park, and they have several Parks in the vicinity. We have stayed in several of their Parks and they all seem to be nice and well kept up.
Here we are almost on the Colorado River, but you have to be a member to get the River front sites.
There was a colorful sunset again, but we didn't get any pictures.
We will be for 7 nights before moving to Quartzsite, where we will stay with the Boomers group of Escapees.
Thanks for visiting.
